Norvi
Putting the brand in order to compete on the shelf and in the professional channel
Rebranding • Product architecture • Packaging • Market research
The Norvi project began with the need to update the logo and build a coherent line of tinned products for retail, hospitality and private label. The brand operated across different categories — fruit, pulses and vegetables — with a functional presence, but no clear system to organize its offer or make it easier to read at the point of sale.
The work started with competitive research at the shelf, analyzing visual codes, information hierarchies and levels of differentiation in a highly saturated market. The diagnosis pointed to a clear opportunity: reinforce clarity, consistency and the perception of a natural product, without borrowing graphic devices foreign to the category.
The strategic decision was to treat the project as a brand and product system, not as a sum of packs. The logo was redesigned and an architecture defined that adapts to different formats, ranges and channels, keeping an identity that is recognizable and flexible for both own brand and private label.
The packaging was developed as the main tool for order and differentiation, prioritizing legibility, hierarchy and fast product identification. The resulting line can grow by category, answer different commercial contexts and compete soundly in a fast-moving environment.
The result is a structured brand, ready to scale and adapt to different customers and channels, with a clear system that gives coherence and continuity to the whole range.

What is Norvi?
Norvi is a Galician premium preserved vegetable brand specializing in fruit, pulses and vegetables for retail, hospitality and private label. Koolbrand developed the rebranding, the product architecture, the packaging system and the market research.
What did Koolbrand do for Norvi?
Koolbrand ran an end-to-end process: updating the logo, market research, a product architecture to order the range by category, a visual packaging system and a coherent line across fruit, pulses and vegetables for retail and the professional channel.
How do you bring order to a brand with several product categories?
When a brand operates across heterogeneous categories — fruit, pulses, vegetables — it needs a product architecture that ranks the offer without fragmenting the identity. At Norvi, Koolbrand defined system rules, color codes by range and a master identity that keeps coherence on the shelf.
