Kool Labs·Intelligence that amplifies
Kool Labs builds your company’s AI system. Everyone on your team works with their own AI assistant, and all of them connect to a shared hub that holds each department’s procedures and your company’s memory.
More capacity without adding headcount, and knowledge that stays in-house.

Saying you use AI isn’t the same as using it. When AI comes into a company without a system, here’s what happens:
Without shared procedures, shared memory or measurement, AI doesn’t transform a company. It just dresses it up.
Kool Labs·02·How it works
Generic AI answers questions. A system does your company’s work the way your best professional would, with your rules, your tone and your data. We design it with business and brand judgment, roll it out in stages and stay with you until your team owns it.
Everyone works with an AI assistant installed on their computer: Claude, ChatGPT or whichever fits your company best. The industry calls it an agent harness: the environment where the AI reads, writes, uses your software and follows instructions.
Each assistant knows who the person is, what they can do and what they can’t.
We don’t replace your software: we connect it. The AI works where the data already lives, and the copy-paste between systems happens automatically.

Approvals
When one person improves a skill, they improve it for the whole company.
Kool Labs·03·Why AI consulting from a brand agency
A tech consultancy knows software. Since 2006, we’ve worked inside companies like yours, building their brands and helping them sell. That’s why we know what repeats, what can’t be automated and what a person still has to decide or do.
We know what makes a company sell and how it should sound. Your skills are born with your tone and your brand guidelines built in.
We start from tools that run every day in our own system and assemble them to fit your business, block by block.
A tool you have to feed by hand ends up abandoned. Ours pick up the data where it already is: an email, a photo or a voice note.
Kool Labs·04·The proof · how we work
Koolbrand runs exactly like this: every person with their own assistant, all connected to the same hub, with the same skills and the same memory. What we propose to you is already working here.
Connects every person to their tools, with permissions, controlled spend and an approvals inbox for anything that goes out.
An AI agent that works autonomously: it drafts emails, prepares reports and tasks, and flags what needs a decision. Anything that goes out is checked by a person first.
Guides the assessment interviews with a question script for each department.
Tests products, names and messages with an AI-simulated audience before you decide.
Creates images and assets within each brand’s identity.
Creates and validates names with positioning judgment.
Brings invoices, expenses, collections and accounting into one place. We’re building it for ourselves first, like everything else.
Logs each person’s working day in our own app, connected to our assistants.
Kool Labs·05·Skills by department
A skill is a written procedure the AI follows step by step. We write it with whoever does that job best, test it on real cases and share it with the whole department. These are examples; yours will be defined in the assessment.

Kool Labs·06·The method
Only one of the seven steps is building. The other six decide whether what gets built is worth anything.
A company moves at the speed of its slowest step; speeding up any other one changes nothing. We go through the company department by department with our own assessment script and ask for numbers at every step: how much comes in, how much converts, how much is lost and how much is repeated. Wherever the numbers look worst, front office or back office, that’s where we start.
You getThe bottleneck map, ranked by what each one costs in time and money.
Before touching anything we measure the whole job: how often it is done, how long it takes including review, how long the customer waits and how often it has to be redone. If those numbers don’t exist, the first project is measuring. A result you can’t compare with anything isn’t a result.
You getThe baseline and a one-page plan: goal, owner, what the AI does, what it doesn’t and how we will know it worked.
From goal to action. We ask “how do we get there?” again and again, level by level, until we reach small, concrete tasks. Everything shows up in that tree: what the AI can do, what a person still has to decide and what can be cut.
You getThe action tree, with the line between AI and people drawn task by task.
Each action becomes a skill: the written procedure, the good examples, access to the software and the approved data. We reuse what already works in our system and adapt it to your processes, your tone and your brand guidelines.
You getSkills and connectors tested on real cases from your company.
What works once becomes part of the system. Everyone gets their department’s skills in their assistant, and recurring tasks are scheduled to run on their own: every morning, every Monday or every time an email comes in. A person approves what goes out: everything at first; later, whatever you decide.
You getThe system in production, with permissions, approvals and spend under control.
AI doesn’t always give the same answer: it gives a range of answers. A good skill narrows that range toward the good ones. That’s why every skill is tested many times against real cases, scored, and tested again with every change and every new model. If it doesn’t show in the numbers, it isn’t an improvement.
You getA test suite for each skill and its score, comparable month to month.
Once a week, in teams of five to ten people, whoever got the best result shows how they did it. We turn it into a new or improved skill and it reaches the whole team’s assistants. Knowledge stops depending on whoever knows the most.
You getA weekly improvement routine your team keeps going without us.
When one bottleneck is solved, the next one appears. That’s the sign the first one worked, and where the next round begins.
Kool Labs·07·The project stages
You don’t need to sign off on a huge project to get started. We begin with what everyone uses and grow department by department, with a success criterion agreed before each stage. The seven steps of the method apply within each one.
Interviews with each department head, a measured starting point and a one-page plan.
Kool Hub, one assistant per person, the company’s memory and the skills everyone uses: email, procedures, recurring tasks, shifts and time off.
Each department adds its skills, starting with the bottleneck, once the previous one is working.
Integration with your ERP, your CRM, your booking system or your website, as far as each system allows.
A weekly improvement routine, testing with every new model and new skills every month, while your team learns to get the most out of the AI.
You don’t install a system like this. You grow it.

Kool Labs·08·What your company gains
The hours that go into repetitive work today go back to what only a person can do.
What your best people know is written into a skill and doesn’t walk out the door with anyone.
Every email, brochure and reply goes out in your tone and to your guidelines, whoever writes it.
Permissions per person, approval of whatever you choose before it is sent, visible spend and a record of who did what.
Your skills, your memory and your data are yours, and you take them with you if you ever decide to go it alone. How it works
A better skill every week and a more capable system with every new version of AI, without rebuilding anything.
Every hour you free up needs a job.
What AI saves is capacity, not payroll. That’s why, from the assessment onward, we decide with you where every recovered hour goes: anticipating customer needs, reviewing what there’s never time for, selling more. Without that, the savings only exist on a spreadsheet.
Kool Labs·09·The same goals, a new way
We still build your brand. What changes is that now we also build the tools your team uses to apply it every day without straying from the guidelines. Your company still wants the same things: to sell more, to serve customers better and to have its brand look right everywhere.
Every brochure, catalog or new template went through design, one at a time.
A system that produces brochures, catalogs and emails with your brand applied exactly as the guidelines say.
Protocols and template replies your team adapted by hand, case by case.
An assistant that suggests replies to emails and reviews in your team’s tone. You decide and send.
Every report, proposal or mailing was prepared from scratch.
Reports, proposals and segmented mailings that reach you almost done. You fine-tune them.
Spreadsheets, manual reminders and the memory of whoever has been around the longest.
Tasks that send their own reminders, actual costs against forecast and up-to-date inventory.
Every campaign started with a blank brief and a report that arrived too late.
Briefs, ad variations and reports from every platform that reach you ready to use. And if you would rather we ran them, Koolgrowth runs them for you.
Meet KoolgrowthKool Labs·10·Judgment
Whether an AI system works depends on the judgment it is built with. These five rules are ours.
Automating what isn’t slowing anything down is wasted work, however brilliant it looks.
Without a starting point there is no result to show, and no honest conversation about what has been gained.
We start from processes that work and have an owner. AI makes them faster; it doesn’t invent new ones nobody will follow.
Someone reviews what leaves the company. Everything at first; later, whatever you decide based on the risk.
We don’t want to be your bottleneck: your team learns to maintain and improve the system without us.
“Automate everything you can. With judgment.”

Kool Labs is Koolbrand’s AI consulting and implementation service. It builds your company’s AI system: everyone on your team works with their own AI assistant, and all of them connect to Kool Hub, a shared hub that holds each department’s procedures (called skills) and the company’s memory. It’s rolled out in stages, starting with an assessment.
A chatbot answers questions. With Kool Labs, everyone works with an AI assistant installed on their computer (what the industry calls an agent harness) with permission to read documents, use software and follow your company’s procedures. Beyond answering, it does the work and leaves it ready for you to review.
No. Kool Labs connects what you already use: your email, your ERP, your CRM, your booking system or your website. The AI goes and gets the data where it already lives.
No. We design, build and test the system. Your team learns to use it with examples from their own work, and we support them in that too.
The assistant may well be the same. What changes is what’s inside it: your processes, your tone and your brand guidelines, what works shared with the whole team, and a starting point to measure against.
You decide, with us, where each piece of data lives and who can see it. Credentials are stored in the hub, not on computers, every access is logged, and we agree with you which AI providers are used and on what terms. Before we start, we sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement (required under the GDPR).
We rerun every skill’s tests on the new version of the AI (what the industry calls a model). If it’s better, we switch; if not, the previous one stays. Your skills and your memory aren’t thrown away: they work with any model.
With a first conversation, free and with no obligation: we look at where your company’s time goes and propose what the assessment would look like. If it’s a fit, the assessment is Stage 0 of the project, and the plan comes out of it.
It depends on which stages you activate, how many people use it and whether the system lives on your servers or in the cloud. The usual path is to start with the assessment and the shared foundation, and add departments once the previous one has proven its result.
Yes. Kool Labs can be hired on its own. If we have already worked on your brand, the tools come with it built in.
No. Your skills, your memory and your data are yours to take with you, and the weekly routine is designed so your team can keep it going without us.
We start with a free, no-obligation conversation: we look at where your company’s time goes, what can and can’t be automated, and propose what the full assessment would look like.
