We started with consumption data and in-store behavior, and found a clear opening at breakfast and snack time. What was missing was a format made for the job: easy to use, with combinations designed to be mixed straight in.
The strategic call was to build a complete product proposition, not a line extension. We defined the concept, the name and the positioning, creating a brand with a character of its own, consistent with El Nogal but talking to a wider audience.
Packaging became the main activation tool: clear about how the product is used, strong on shelf, with a friendly and direct graphic language that puts customization at the center.
The result is a product built from real consumption, able to open a new line for the brand and to create a category of its own.
