Web design & development

The same level of design.
In half the time.

We design and build corporate, product and sales websites. The judgment is ours; AI absorbs the mechanical work that used to eat the months — so you pay for thinking, not for typing.

Why speed is not a detail

Every month of the project is a month your site is not working.

The standard quote for a corporate site is four to six months. During those months the old site keeps sending your best traffic to a page that undersells you, and the launch date keeps moving because somebody is still waiting on a copy deck.

We cut that in half, and we do not cut it by designing less. We cut it by removing the parts that were never design: producing variants, writing boilerplate, resizing assets, filling out a hundred fields.

Vacation rentals · Miami website by Koolbrand

Vacation rentals · Miami

A rental site built to be found and to close.

Search-first structure, tracking wired in from day one, and a booking path that does not lose people between the listing and the enquiry.

Industrial vehicles website by Koolbrand

Industrial vehicles

A configurator, not a brochure.

A range with many variants had to be understandable in one screen, so the buyer arrives at the enquiry already knowing what they want.

Shopping center website by Koolbrand

Shopping center

A destination people check before leaving home.

Opening hours, stores and events in one tap, on a phone, in the car park. That is the real use case, and the site is built around it.

How the time is actually saved

AI does not design your website. It removes everything else.

There is no template and no generator behind this. The structure, the hierarchy and the art direction are decided by the same people who have been doing it for twenty years. What changed is the hours around that decision.

01

Content, ready to review

First drafts of every page from your own material, so the project never stalls waiting for copy. You edit; you do not start from a blank page.

02

Variants in minutes

Three routes for a hero instead of one, because trying the second and third idea no longer costs a week.

03

The boring 40%

Image sizing, alt text, meta titles, redirects, schema, form wiring. Necessary, invisible, and no longer billed as design hours.

04

Fewer rounds, not fewer opinions

You see the real thing sooner, so feedback lands on a built page instead of on a flat mockup that hides half the problems.

Redirects · Monitoring · Iteration on real data

A straight read of your current site.

Send us the URL. We come back with what the site is losing and where: structure, speed, what it says above the fold, what search engines can and cannot see, and where visitors give up. Written in plain language, with the three things worth fixing first.

No charge and no pitch attached. If the answer is that your site is fine, that is the answer you get.

FAQ

Before you ask.

How long does a website take?

A corporate site of ten to twenty pages: five to seven weeks from approved structure. A larger site with product catalog or several languages: eight to twelve. The variable that moves the date is almost never design — it is how quickly content and approvals come back, so we agree that calendar before we start.

Is this cheaper because it is automated?

It is cheaper because fewer hours go into work that was never design. The strategy, the art direction and the build decisions are made by senior people, and that part we do not compress. What disappears from the invoice is the mechanical middle.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is designed for the business it belongs to. What we do reuse is our own component system, which is why the second and third page cost a fraction of the first — that is engineering, not templating.

What platform do you build on?

WordPress in most cases, because clients need to run their own site afterwards without calling us. When a project genuinely needs something else, we say so before the quote rather than after.

Who writes the content?

We draft every page from your material and your interviews, and you edit. It is faster than briefing a copywriter and far faster than waiting for the client to write it, which is the single most common reason web projects run late.

What happens after launch?

Redirects and analytics are part of the project, not an extra. After that you can run the site yourself, or we keep iterating on real data — what people actually click, where they leave — on a monthly basis.

Next step

Let’s talk about your site.

Send us the URL you have today and what it should be doing instead. We will come back with a straight read and, if it makes sense, how we would rebuild it.

    Fill in the form

    Two minutes, no commitment.

  • 02

    20-minute call

In English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

  • 03
