Zenia Boulevard
Reimagining an established place without losing its soul
Strategic rebranding • Brand architecture • Visual system
Brand manual • 360º applications • Creative direction
After more than a decade in operation, Zenia Boulevard needed more than a cosmetic
update. The challenge was not to create a new brand, but to reinterpret an already established shopping center with a strong local footprint and growing competition along the Mediterranean arc.
Before designing anything, we ran a deep analysis of the ecosystem: the positioning of competing centers, the visual codes of the sector, real usage habits and audience expectations. The diagnosis was clear: the brand had lost its capacity to surprise and to stand apart, even though it remained a relevant destination.
The strategic decision was to build an identity that could trigger emotion, energy and closeness, without giving up the scale or the complexity that come with a large shopping center. The rebranding was built as a flexible system, ready to live alongside multiple campaigns, audiences and moments of the year, always keeping coherence and personality.
We developed a new visual identity, a complete brand manual and every application needed to guarantee consistency at each touchpoint, from wayfinding to advertising. The brand went from being a retail container to becoming a recognizable, living experience.
The project was recognized with First Prize for Branding at the Openart Awards in Naples, giving international validation to a complex, strategic and deeply transformative rebranding process.
When a brand already exists, the challenge is making it surprise again.
If the moment to make decisions has arrived, let’s talk.
