A gourmet quality campaign
The queen of hakes arrived in Spain, and we had the task of promoting, throughout the country, its supreme characteristics. Prochile, a Chilean government institution, ordered us this succulent project to make known this brand: Merluza Austral Chile (southern Chilean hake).
To make this possible, we gathered an entourage worthy of royalty: we developed a website and carried out several advertising actions and events in emblematic restaurants throughout Spain, relying on influencers and recognized chefs as our main ambassadors.
Spoiler: it was a success
We planned 6 showcookings throughout the country: Vigo, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao and Barcelona. Samplings offered by renowned chefs in emblematic environments and with guests linked to the fishing and gastronomic sector.
The launch of the brand took place in the restaurant Maruja Limón, in Vigo, holder of a Michelin star and two Repsol suns. This event was followed by the Kitchen Club in Madrid, the Marina Beach Club in Valencia, the Conxemar Fair in Vigo, the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao and the Foodieteca in Barcelona. In every restaurant, a showcooking was performed followed by a tasting of samples. A dinner cooked by the most prestigious chefs.
