A complete branding, web and stationery project that will freeze you up

A brand restyling for DAP Service Solutions that will make them a cutting-edge company.

DAP Service Solutions is an HVAC company specialized in food industry and retail with an experience of 15 years.
They call our Koolbrand technicians to “repair” their brands and position them at the top of the industry.

GET DOWN TO WORK!

First of all, we created and designed a new branding, more modern and current. Therefore, a new logo was designed for the main brand based on the analogy between the acronym and a refrigeration circuit, making a reference to the industry itself. Also, we a dark blue shade that evokes low temperatures.

Taking this logo as our starting point, we came up with the naming and logo for each one of the divisions: HVAC, Energy, Technology, Commerce and Learning.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION PIECES

The next step was the creation of stationery, newsletters design, merchandising, brochures, … All of this with an innovative and explicative touch, worthy of an installation manual.
Another challenge proposed by DAP was to create the naming, logo and brochures for their new software.

WHAT A COOL APP!

CoolFixer is the APP that allows to monitor clients’ devices and control their maintenance. The name comes from the union of COOL and FIXER in order to make mention of its main objective. For the design of the logo we bet on a white background in which a snowflake is shown and we use a color gradient s that goes from red to blue, and represents the gradation of temperatures.

For the brochure, a double-sided triptych was created in a very clear and explicative language, with the aim of making this app and its advantages known in a very cool way.

WHAT A SHOT OF ENERGY!

WATT? it is the other bet of DAP for R&D. A combo of software and hardware that monitors companies’ devices with the aim of saving energy.

For the naming, we use a word game with what and watt referring to the function of this software. For the logo, we wanted to highlight the energetic purpose of the app and we played with the iconic W and turned it into a lightning bolt. For the color, we chose a blue-green that relates to the HVAC sector.
For the brochure, we use the same format as the CoolFixer one; a simple, explanatory and intuitive triptych that is easy to understand.

A FREEZING WEB

To finish, we created and designed the website. A modern web in accordance with the new corporate identity, based on brief and explicative texts, lots of icons, images and color, in order to enhance a renovated and effective image.
